DAMAGED items during the delivery process:
The buyer must send pictures of the damaged box and item as all of our items are insured. Once I receive the pictures, we will replace your item at no charge including the shipping charged.
RETURN policy for NON-CUSTOM orders:
We gladly accept returned of non-custom orders as we understand that you are purchasing an item based off a photo. If you decide, after receiving your non-custom order, you want to return it there is a process to do that. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once we receive the item in the same condition it was sent out, we will immediately refund your money.
RETURN policy for CUSTOM ORDERS:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED order.
